2. Booking Policy

  • Room bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by R. K. Homestay management.
  • Advance payment or a security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 3–6 days of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Guest Conduct

All guests must comply with local laws, maintain decorum, and respect the homestay property and fellow guests.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Loud music, parties, or nuisance behavior is not permitted.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel bookings or remove guests violating the rules without refund.

5. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 10:00 AM
  • Check-out Time: 9:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

6. Use of Services

We offer additional services like:

  • Poojari services
  • Prasad delivery
  • Local sightseeing
  • Bike rentals
  • Taxi for outstation travel
  • Railway/airport pickup and drop

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • R. K. Homestay reserves the right to modify prices and service offerings without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, design, logo, and downloadable resources, is the property of R. K. Homestay or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

9. Website Availability & Technical Services
