- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway fees, if applicable).
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, no-shows, or early check-outs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Guests failing to check in on the reserved date and time (No-shows).
- Guests violating our house rules or being asked to vacate due to misconduct.
- Delays or disruptions caused by natural calamities, political events, or other force majeure situations beyond our control.
- Service dissatisfaction that was not formally communicated during the stay period.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used during the booking.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- Any payment gateway transaction charges, bank charges, or processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Payment Gateway & Hosting/IT Provider Scope
We use secure and industry-compliant payment gateway providers and web hosting services to ensure a seamless and safe user experience. However:
- R. K. Homestay, its hosting/IT service providers, or payment gateway partners are not liable for delays in refunds due to technical issues, server downtimes, bank rejections, or third-party processing errors.
